Key elements of our expertise on the project
- Setting-up of a specific organisation in supplier countries and the west of Algeria (Arzew, Mostaganem, Oran) to track merchandise and to stay close to the customer.
- Tailor-made handling and storage at the port of Mostaganem.
- Implementating of clearance process « in green chanel » to remove the goods whthin 2 days avoiding additionnal storage costs.
- Setting-up specific equipment to perform cargo handling respecting conditions of security.
- Hosting the customers in our offices throughout the project duration in order to work more efficiently.
